I went to a few different Cycladic islands, but Folegandros is my favourite—I try to visit every summer.
It’s pretty laid-back; I think that’s just part of Greek culture. I’m always with my family, going to tavernas straight from the beach—no need to change or dress up. It’s all about ease and not overthinking it.
All my With Jéan bikinis—they’re honestly the most comfortable ones I own, and I live in them when I’m in Greece. I wore the Magnol dress a lot too—it’s so easy to throw on. The Simos top is another one of my favourites for summer.
Wake up early and go for a walk while it’s still quiet, grab a coffee on the way back. I’ll do a bit of work over breakfast, then head to the beach for a few hours—swim, read, maybe take a nap in the sun. Then an early dinner at a beachside taverna, still in my bikini, salty and sunkissed.
Not so unexpected, but I watched quite a few sunsets at Loggia Wine Bar in Sifnos, and I highly recommend it.
Yes!! Always. I get so much inspiration from being there—the textures, the colours, even the dry, sun-faded landscape of the Cyclades. It all feeds into ideas, whether I realise it at the time or not.
For local food, Diporto in Athens is a very authentic experience—and the food is really good!
Everyone flocks to the Church of Panagia for sunset in Folegandros, and it is beautiful, but the real move is heading behind the Chrysopigi Church. It’s quiet, a bit tucked away, and the view is unreal.
