PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders made after this time or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays.
 
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. With Jéan can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly. 
 
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country.

Please be aware that With Jéan will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. 

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. We also will not be held responsible for any delays, customs issues or lost/stolen orders as this is out of our control however, if your item hasn't had a tracking update for 12 or more days please email hello@withjean.com.au and we can file an investigation for your parcel.

If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties upon delivery, your parcel may be left abandoned or returned to us at your own expense and you will not be refunded for this. 

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. In the instance of calculating your order value for tax purposes, please remember that all our prices are charged in AUD Dollars and you may need to apply a conversion to your local currency. 
 
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
 

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY 

With Jéan offers a credit note when an item is returned. Please note we do not offer refunds. Please read through our returns policy carefully as they are accepted upon your purchase here at With Jéan. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days.  Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and then you will receive an email with the details of your credit note.

  

If you require an exchange, replacement size or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note provided. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. 
 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. With Jéan has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

 

WHY WE CAN'T EXCHANGE FOR SIZE/STYLE

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside.

 

SALE ITEMS

We cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on any sale items or items purchased using any promotional codes. Please select items during promotional/sale periods carefully to avoid any disappointments.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at returns@withjean.com.au with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by With Jéan. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations, changes or refunds can be made once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. 

 

COST OF RETURNS

The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item/s are NOT covered or reimbursed by With Jéan. Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law for any return you will be responsible for shipping charges.

 

ORGANISING A RETURN

If you've met the above requirements please return your item/s with your returns form to the provided address on the form within 7 days.

We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and email you with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
