PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed before 10am AEST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders made after this time or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays.
 
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. With Jéan can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly. 
 
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are included in our shipping costs and international pricing.
 
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.

RETURNS 

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. If you are eligible for a return With Jéan will provide a credit note valid for 3 years upon your items return. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

If you require an exchange, replacement size or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note provided. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock.  

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for a credit note for the amount of your purchase or exchange of size in the same style only. If you wish to exchange for an item at full price or a higher price, then the price difference will be at your discretion. This includes any sale items, items purchased using any promotional codes or items purchased during a promotional period. Please select items during promotional/sale periods carefully to avoid any disappointments. 

Please note: warehouse sale items are final, not eligible for return or exchange.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. 
 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. With Jéan has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

 

WHY WE CAN'T EXCHANGE FOR SIZE/STYLE

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at returns@withjean.com.au with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by With Jéan. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

 

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from With Jéan.

 

ORGANISING A RETURN

If you've met the above requirements please return your item/s with your returns form to the provided address on the form within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and email you with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
