Returns
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept returns on items that have incurred marks, stains, makeup residue or odours. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details before returning your parcel.
- Full-priced items may be returned for a refund or 110% store credit.
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event (e.g. BLACKFRIDAY, BOXINGDAY, EOFY, etc.) may be returned for store credit only.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit or refund.
- Swimwear bottoms, undergarments, jewellery, tote/cosmo bags, playing cards and caps are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving an online order. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Store Credits are non-refundable.
All faulty item claims are reviewed before a return is approved. If an item is not deemed faulty, the return will not be accepted. Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders where we identify unreasonable or excessive return activity, including returns for content creation or professional use.
For returns from outside Australia, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. With Jéan reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected.
HANDBAG RETURNS POLICY
Handbags must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging included (e.g. dust bags and all internal protective packaging). Returns that are missing any original packaging will not be accepted.
Please take care when handling handbags, as we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, marks, stains, or odours.
FAULTY AND INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered faulty. With Jéan reserves the right to determine a genuine manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
COST OF RETURNS
Australian Returns: A fee of $10 will be applied for returns requesting a refund, FREE for customers wanting a credit note. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed.
New Zealand Returns: Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed.
Please include your packing slip in your return parcel so we can correctly process your return. Attach your return label securely to the outside of the parcel, ensuring it is clearly visible and unobstructed. Items must be returned with due care and in their original condition. We strongly recommend using the original packaging your order arrived in.

RETURNS TIMELINE
Items are considered returned once they are delivered to our facilities. Our team will carefully review your return and process it as a store credit, exchange, or refund in line with our Returns Policy. We aim to process all returns within 5–7 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
