I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?

We would be more than happy to update your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped we can attempt to redirect your parcel with Australia Post or DHL but we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Please reach out to us at hello@withjean.com.au with your correct address so we can further assist!

What is the status of my order?

We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays as stated on our shipping page. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day. Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

As we are based in Australia shipping parcels internationally, Import
Duties & Taxes may be payable for import into your country. We
recommend contacting your local customs office for more info on customs charges for your country.

Order issues

I want to make a change to my order, what can I do?

Please email our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed for shipping we may be able to make changes to your order however, if it’s too late – sorry, it’s too late!

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel the order. Once received you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our returns criteria.


What is your returns policy?

We're sorry to hear this one didn't
work out for you, we understand sometimes purchases are not always
right. Items can be returned back to us within 21 days of delivery for a

Items must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains or odours.

To arrange a return for our International customers please email our Returns Team via returns@withjean.com.au, they will email you a returns form that is needed to identify all returned items.
