PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping timeframes are in addition to processing and are estimates only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.


PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items are reserved exclusively for you and charged at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are listed on product pages, but are subject to change. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it will ship when the pre-order arrives.


SPLIT DELIVERIES
We don’t offer split shipping by default, but in some cases may split orders due to stock limitations.


RESPONSIBILITY
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, address issues, or lost/stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. For delivery concerns, contact the courier directly.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. If the parcel is refused, a small fee will be incurred.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey and Syria.

With Jéan is sold exclusively via this website. We are not affiliated with rental or third-party sites. Commercial resale or hire of our garments is a breach of our terms. Orders placed by rental businesses will be canceled.
